WHAT IS A WAX MELT?

A wax melt is a small cube of wax which melts in a wax burner without coming into direct contact with a flame.  They come in all different shapes and sizes and are becoming more popular than candles as they give off more fragrance than a candle without using a wick. As such a greater scent throw is created.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

I aim to dispatch all orders within 5-7 working days of your order being received (this excludes weekends) and all orders are sent via Royal Mail using a tracked service. Postage costs are calculated on the weight of your order. 

HOW DO I USE A WAX MELT?

Break off a chunk of wax and place into your wax burner.  Please only use a 4 hour tea light. Failure to do so could cause your burner to become dangerously hot and crack.  Check your burner safety information before use.  Your wax melt chunk should burn for 6-8 hours until the scent is no longer released.  Keep away from children and pets.  Always read safety instructions before use.

HOW LONG DO THEY LAST AND HOW MUCH SHOULD I USE?

I will let you into a little  secret, whether you use 1 chunk of wax or 2, the scent will be the same strength and burn for the same amount of time around 6 hours.  The strength of the scent you want is down to the individual, so judge for yourself if you can't smell it or it is not strong enough, it's time for a new melt!

DO YOU PROVIDE A GIFT SERVICE?

WHAT IS AN OPEN BOX?

Yes, gift wrapping is provided just add a note at the checkout that the item is a gift and it will be arranged for you. If you require a more personalised gift service, please contact me by email and I will do my best to accommodate your request.

An open box is where you add as much or as little as you would like and whenever you like. You place your order as normal however the goods are not sent to you until you close your box and pay for shipping. You can leave your box open for as long as you want as it is not shipped until you close it and pay the postage fee. This way you can place multiple orders throughout the month and only pay once for shipping!
